Fire Safety Training

The right fire system and equipment are only part of your total fire solution. In addition, you need the confidence to use them effectively.

That’s why we provide comprehensive fire training to help you develop a practical and reliable fire safety plan.

By learning how to properly use your fire equipment, you’ll have peace of mind if you ever need to deploy it.

Fire Training

Our Fire Training programs are delivered by Certificate IV qualified workplace trainers and assessors. As a result, you’ll know exactly what to do if a fire emergency occurs.

Training

You can take advantage of our comprehensive in-house training facilities. Alternatively, we can deliver onsite training at your workplace.

This flexible approach ensures your employees and building occupants are properly trained to respond in a fire emergency.

Our First Attack Firefighting course covers the safe operation of fire extinguishers. In addition, participants gain hands-on experience by practising on a controlled fire.

We also train you to identify the correct extinguisher to use for different classes of fire. As a result, your team can respond quickly and safely to a fire.

We tailor every training course to your needs. For example, we consider your specific industry, facility, and existing fire and life safety equipment.

Therefore, each program is directly relevant and immediately useful for your workplace.

Safe Work Australia requires every business to display a documented site plan in key workplace locations. To meet this requirement, Total Fire Solutions creates professional plans for your site.

These clearly show the location of fire protection equipment, emergency exits, and assembly points. As a result, your staff and visitors always know where to go in an emergency.

Our Emergency Warden Training is a fully integrated course for Floor Wardens, Chief Wardens, and staff who need fire awareness and extinguisher skills. The program covers leadership and communication during an emergency.

In addition, it provides clear procedures to ensure safe evacuation for everyone, including people who are mobility impaired or require special assistance.

Finally, the course highlights the importance of good housekeeping in the workplace.

We familiarise machinery operators with the fire protection equipment fitted to their machines, including systems designed in accordance with AS 5062: Fire Protection for Mobile and Transportable Equipment.

In addition, operators learn the functionality, activation procedures, and safety protocols specific to compliant fire suppression systems.

As a result, they gain confidence in managing fire risks in heavy machinery environments.

We train operators of machinery fitted with the Ingstrom escape chute in the safe operation and maintenance of the unit.

Therefore, they know exactly how to deploy and care for this critical piece of safety equipment.
